Three Little Pigs
- Why do you think the straw and stick houses blew away, but the brick house didn’t?
- In what ways can you practice teamwork?
- How did the story end? Have you heard this story before with a different ending?
Scour your recycling bin for objects that can be used to create a “house” like one of the pigs from the story: cans, paper towel rolls, plastic bottles, popsicle sticks, etc. Assemble these objects into three structures and take turns trying to blow them down like the Big Bad Wolf. What makes some structures easier to blow over than others?

If you liked how your house turned out, glue the pieces together to make a sculpture that you can display. Get creative decorating your sculpture using other found objects such as yarn, band aids, beads, etc.
